this snack was the only one that made the blog. I made two hard boiled eggs last night. I put the eggs in cold water, brought them to a boil with the lid on. It boiled about a min, and I turned off the heat. Now my stove top is glass so the burner stays hot a long time so I let the
residual heat cook them gently. I just let them sit in the water at least 12 min. and they are perfect. And I mean perfect. You can mess up hard boiled eggs you know. I had today's egg with some Tapatio.
I can't begin to tell you how much this snack hit the spot. Have an egg tomorrow... it is easy and healthy. The high amounts of good cholesterol offset the bad cholesterol.
